Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days.

Some items may require additional handling time if they must ship to South Paw Draw first for inspection, compliance, or special processing.

• FedEx
• UPS
• USPS for eligible PO Box and APO/FPO shipments

Signature Requirements

Certain orders may require a signature on delivery depending on the item, carrier, or destination.

Hazardous Materials

Products such as ammunition, CO2 cartridges, and certain cleaning solvents must ship via Ground service and may require special handling.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands may incur additional shipping charges based on destination and carrier rates.

Legal Compliance

Some products may be restricted based on state or local laws.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any item ordered is legal in their area.

Orders that cannot be fulfilled legally will be canceled or adjusted as required.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

International Orders

We may be able to accommodate international orders on select items.

Some products are subject to ITAR or EAR export restrictions and may require additional review before shipment.

Returns & Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped
• Refused shipments may be subject to return shipping charges
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
